We offer express shipping worldwide. Your package will be dispatched from "Azzohandmade" in Stamford, UK. All international orders will be delivered via Royal Mail or DHL Express.

•  FREE shipping for in the UK
•  £9.00 shipping fee for outside of the UK

 

• North America: 7-10 business days
• Australia, New Zealand: 7-13 business days
• Europe: 5-8 business days

• Customs and import duties may apply once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason we'll gladly issue a replacement or refund providing they are returned within 30 days of receipt of your order, complete with all original tags, and in original condition.
• For returns, I will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 1-3 business days.
• Postage charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deducted from any refund or requested exchange due.
• If you've requested any personalizations or customizations WE WILL NOT be able to accept a return or a refund as it is cannot be resold.
