A: We offer initial stamping, name embossing, dates, short messages, and custom monograms. Options vary by product — check the individual product page for details or message us for more information.

Q: Can I choose the font or stamping style?
A: Yes! We offer several font and stamping style options. Please mention your preference at checkout, or message us and we'll share examples so you can choose your favourite.

Q: What colours of leather are available?
A: Our items are available in a range of natural leather tones including:

A: All items are handmade to order. Most personalised items are crafted and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: 🇬🇧 UK: 2–4 business days after dispatch. Free delivery on all UK orders.
🌍 Europe: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
🌎 USA & Canada: 5–9 business days after dispatch.
🌏 Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! All applicable duties and taxes are included in the price — there are absolutely no surprise charges when your parcel arrives.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Q: Can I get my order faster?
A: If you need your item urgently, please message us before placing your order. We'll do our best to prioritise your item. Express delivery options may also be available depending on your location.

Q: Do you offer free delivery?
A: Yes — free delivery on all UK orders. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

A: Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If production hasn't started, we can usually make changes at no extra cost. We always double-check personalisation details before we begin crafting, but please review your order carefully at checkout.

Q: My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
A: If your estimated delivery date has passed, please check your tracking link first. If there's still no update, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier straight away.

Q: Can I send the order directly to the recipient?
A: Of course! Simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. We never include price information or invoices inside our parcels.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Our standard packaging is already gift-ready. If you'd like something extra special, message us and we'll see what we can arrange.
