Your order is on its way! Here's how to check its progress.
Step 1 — Check your shipping confirmation email
Once your order is dispatched, we send you an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. This is usually sent within 1–3 working days of your order being placed.

Enter your tracking number on the Royal Mail website to see the latest delivery status:

Step 3 — Check your account
You can also view your order history and status anytime by logging into your account:
Delivery times
- UK: 1–2 business days after dispatch (free shipping)
- USA & Canada: 5–7 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: varies by destination
Can't find your tracking number, or it hasn't updated?
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch. If it's been longer than that, or you can't locate your shipping confirmation email, get in touch and we'll help you track it down.
